What should be noted when operating the PUR glue machine

Avoid operating hot melt glue machines around volatile and explosive raw materials or vapors, and do not store PUR glue machine spraying equipment around them. Do not operate the PUR glue machine without proper protective equipment, good insulation, or a well maintained control panel. Only professionally trained personnel can disassemble and repair the machine when necessary. Do not operate the PUR glue machine in environments with temperatures below 0 ℃ or above 50 ℃.

Try to use it in places without fast flowing gases. Due to the exposure of the nozzle composition of the hot melt adhesive printer to rapidly circulating gas, the rapid cooling can harm the total flow of hot melt adhesive in the printer nozzle composition, which can easily cause wire drawing. When filling hot melt adhesive, it should be added before one-third of the hot melt adhesive is in the hot melt adhesive pot to avoid adding adhesive when there is no hot melt adhesive in the hot melt adhesive pot, which may harm normal production and manufacturing. The filling and clamping force shall not exceed 80% of the total volume of the hot melt adhesive pot.
 
After operating the PUR glue machine, there is no need to place other dirt on the human body or use it as a lifting device. After moving or extending the hot PUR glue machine, only its base is allowed to be used as the driving point for transportation. Do not use the glue cover, electrical cabinet door, electrical components on the control panel, or connectors on the insulation pipe of the PUR glue machine as auxiliary tools to extend the hot melt glue machine. Abnormal transportation will damage the PUR glue machine spraying equipment.
