Why does the hot melt glue machine produce less glue

The softening degree of the hot melt adhesive machine is required to be between 80-90 ℃. During long-term heating, the adhesive will not change color and the surface will not scab during use. At the same time, after heating for a certain period of time under constant temperature conditions, there is also a certain range of increase in chromaticity and salary.
 
The hot melt adhesive machine should have appropriate hardness (usually HS78o~90) and appropriate toughness. Must have high tensile strength and appropriate elongation at break.
From the appearance, the hot melt adhesive machine needs to add corresponding coloring agents when used for color printing paper. Generally, high-quality glue or film has a smooth, glossy, milky white or light yellow solid surface, without rough impurities. 5.13.4 Polyester and polyamide hot glue

Polyester comes from dicarboxylic acids and diols, while poly (phthalamide) comes from dicarboxylic acids and diamines. With the increase of carbon atoms in the main chain, the melting point of poly (phthalamide) decreases, while the melting point of polyester increases. Both are close to the melting point of polyethylene.
 
Many ternary copolymers of polyamides can be used as substrates for hot melt adhesive machines. Widely used in fiber bonding and other fields. The water absorption rate of nylon decreases with the increase of carbon chains. The water absorption rate of even numbered nylon is lower than that of odd numbered nylon. As a fiber, rubber cats should be resistant to washing and dry cleaning. These adhesive cats appear in the form of powder, granules, film, mesh, and monofilament. Powdered gel catalysts can be dispersed in water and used together with promoters.
 
Generally, high molecular weight linear saturated polyester with a melting point between 100 and 200 ℃ is used to prepare polyester for hot melt adhesive machines. There are many catalysts used to manufacture polyester. The choice of catalyst depends not only on the type of monomer, but also on the use of the gelling agent. If used for food packaging, it should comply with food hygiene requirements. Similar to poly (phthalamide), polyamide homopolymers are rarely used in hot melt glue machines.
